Our this kind of inverter combine AC grid and solar/wind energy,At first , the dc electric energy from solar panel/wind turbine will charge the battery by the solar/wind charge controller, then inverter will convert battery power(DC) to AC which the people can use and drive the loads. But when it is have no solar energy in night/rainy day and the battery power is not enough , The inverter will automatically switch to AC grid and continue to drive the load,Once the battery is full,The inverter will get back to battery state
